There’s a real buzz around the farm and WAWETS headquarters at the moment because preparations are well underway for the Tullamore Show—and we honestly can’t wait.
This will be our third year attending, and every single year it has been such an incredible experience for us as a family business. From the early planning stages to packing the van, organising stock, getting tent ready, preparing the stand, and making sure every last detail is ready—it’s busy, exciting, and a little bit chaotic in the best possible way!
Getting ready for a show like Tullamore takes a huge amount of work behind the scenes. It’s all hands on deck making sure our WAWETS Irish agriwear collection is fully stocked, beautifully displayed, and ready for all the amazing customers who stop by to see us.
And if previous years are anything to go by… we’ll need plenty of stock!
We were absolutely blown away to sell out at the show, and the support we received was simply incredible. Meeting so many hardworking farmers, hearing your feedback, seeing familiar faces return, and introducing new people to WAWETS is what makes events like this so special.
As a brand born on a working dairy farm, there’s nothing better than stepping away from the yard for a day and connecting face-to-face with the farming community that inspires everything we do.
The atmosphere at the Tullamore Show is just fantastic—there’s such a brilliant energy, from livestock competitions and machinery displays to families enjoying the day and farmers catching up with one another. It really is one of the highlights of the farming calendar.
So right now, between farm jobs and daily life, we’re busy getting everything ready and counting down the days.
